| Mornin’ Rik, I can’t believe you beat me to it! Just yesterday we received photos and have been busy preparing to put our house on the market here in CT...so was going to em you this weekend. In short...it looks absolutely awesome!!!!! Have attached a couple of photos for you to see for yourself. But once the stair treads are complete, will send you some nicer ones. Johnny was able to join the pieces and wrap them so that the entire rail looks continuous...so we’re thrilled. But it could never have been accomplished without your fabulous rope ends! Not happy with it . . . thrilled with it. The wife
wasn't happy with me spending that amount of money right now, and so she's
saying that she doesn't like it (but everybody else says they love
it's looks). So I think it's just a matter of time before she tells me to
order a rail for her side of the desk.
Also, talk about packing.!! Your packing could have
taken a direct hit from a tank shell and survived unscathed.

The foot rails and brackets look just awesome! When I got back home and went
to the restaurant all the workers were commenting about them.
Thanks so much for the gift as well, I'm thinkin' a nice fat stogie sitting
in there once this job is finished.
I'll make sure to get you photos once the foot rails get installed.
The restaurateur liked the brackets so much that we are going to order more
for the serving granite connected to the kitchen!
I need (7) 7"x7" brackets. They need to be exactly like the others ones that
we have for the bar, but just a bit smaller. The ones for the bar measured
out at 9"x9".

| RIk, I received your foot rest todayon time as notified. It was obvious to me that you take great pride in your craftsmanship. The product was flawless and built perfectly to specifications. I was able to complete installation within 10 minutes after removing it from its carefully built protective crate. The cleaning kit and laminated maintenance instructions were a added bonus. I will recommend your product on any bars we build in the future. We hold a high standard of quality in our business and it's nice to find someone else who does so themselves. problems at all. We are thrilled with it and how it looks and works. I am even more thrilled because I did not realize it would cover about two inches of the opening on all sides and the top of the opening really needed to be covered! I visited your web site and all I can say is “COOL”. What you offer is perfect for a new Great Room we have under remodel as we speak. We have a wet bar in the remodel and installing a wood flooring etc. We cannot find a bar foot rail locally, and I have surfed the Web this morning. I have found several sources, but what you offer is in line with some special things we are doing with our remodel. |

It looks great. And Very Sturdy! The pictures below are on msn and can be

them full screen. I took them all today, but they decided to sand and
refinish the bar so some are sanded and then some are after it was
refinished. I wanted to hurry and get you the pics. I will take some after
