Hi Rik, we have been long done with the Wine Cellar, Tasting Room, Home Theater and Pool Hall. The Tasting Room has the wonderful foot rail in it. Your marketing piece to reward me to send you pictures has worked. Whether the pictures will be worth it or not I am not sure.

I was putting things away in the shop and ran into the great little burlap bag with the forged bowl and realized that I had not sent you any thing, as I had promised. We do not have the foot rails installed yet because the travertine they’ll be anchored onto cracked (not because of the rails). It’s supposed to be installed Monday now that we have the tile fixed. I’ll send photos once it’s complete.

I need more railing for an upstairs loft that is right above the where the railing is in the lower level. I think I would like the same look and product as the lower room, but for upstairs I will need to space under the railing filled in some people don't fall through.

thanks for checking. The workmanship is outstanding. Just as advertised. The dimensions worked out perfectly. Just as hoped. I am trying to decide how to proceed on one issue. The patina on the rail is more of a "coppery color" than I was looking for. The actual "legs" or "stands" are more of the bronze/antique brass color I am looking to achieve.

I've done some research on natural patina for bronze. It seems that the color is determined by the finishing chemical that is used? I'm assuming you use a hot patina process? Really the legs are the perfect color and tone but the rail is more coppery. Any ideas?

I have to say the way you fabricated the pieces is great. The collars to join the parts with fully welded leg attachment detail make for a fantastic final product. I currently have the rail free standing along the bar until I decide on any color solution. Also the distressed finish is great as well.

Thanks again for any advice. I do know that once bolted to the floor I probably have the most substantial bar rail on the East Coast!

	Rik, I was on the job when the footrail was installed. First, I was impressed with the crate in which it was shipped, I thought it would have been at least three crates. Then, once we saw the way they were numbered, pre-drilled and taped, we knew the install would be flawless. I started at the piece that was bent for the angle, which fit perfectly, and worked towards both ends without any problems at all. The radius pieces also fit perfectly. I will send pictures later. I was able to complete installation within 10 minutes after removing it from its carefully built protective crate. The cleaning kit and laminated maintenance instructions were a added bonus. Well, it is finally in!!! Fit great, no problems at all. We are thrilled

not realize it would cover about two inches of the opening on all sides and

I visited your web site and all I can say is “COOL”. What you offer is perfect for a new Great Room we have under remodel as we speak. We have a wet bar in the remodel and installing a wood flooring etc. We cannot find a bar foot rail locally, and I have surfed the Web this morning. I have found several sources, but what you offer is in line with some special things we are doing with our remodel.

I would love to order the bar foot railing and have installed by our builders. I would anticipate needing the items by end of October…. Any chance?????

	Rik, Finally uncrated the rail and installed it Tuesday. Looks great and the combo brackets all landed flush to the vertical and horizontal surfaces. Really nice workmanship.
